1. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is damaged or broken during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
- You have received the wrong product.
- Items are missing from the package.
- Note:
- Products must be unused, unlit, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

2. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product has been used, lit, or altered.
- The damage is due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing or damaged.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
